Description
Delicious 5 minute , zero sugar and gluten free pudding.
On the stove:
- Pour the contents of the sachet into a pot and add, little by little, 500ml of skimmed milk, stirring until dissolved.
- Bring to a low heat and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Put the pudding in bowls and let it cool. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
In the microwave:
- Pour the contents of the sachet into a microwave-safe container with a capacity of 1L and add, little by little, 500ml of skimmed milk, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Microwave, with a suitable lid, for 3 minutes. Remove, stir well and microwave again for 2 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and stir again.
- Put the pudding in bowls and let it cool. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Once prepared, store in a refrigerator.
Note: The recipe was tested in a microwave with a power of 800W.
