- HOW to COOK IN MICROWAVE: Remove the cardboard packaging. Slightly open the top film using the easy-open flap, making sure not to tear it or leave any remnants of it on the edge (in the event that the film tears, remove it completely). Put the container in the microwave avoiding touching the walls of the container and heat for approximately 2 minutes (the time may vary depending on the power of your microwave). Remove the plate, mix and serve.
- HOW to COOK IN A CASSEROLE OR FRYING PAN: Heat the contents of the container over low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
