• The figs used in our organic freeze dried fig powder are sourced from small local farmers in Portugal. We only use all natural hand picked figs
• Our figs are freeze dried within one of two days of being hand picked from the trees.  Sometimes we freeze dry our figs on the same day!
• Contrary to most brands, we do not source our freeze dried figs, from large manufactures in China!
• Each pouch contains just one simple ingredient: natural, 100% organic, freeze dried fig powder
