Traditional Uses: It is recommended in cases of gastrointestinal problems, including stomach ulcers, heartburn, difficult digestion and/or diarrhea. It can also be used as an immune system stimulant.
Active ingredients: Herb-de-san-roberto contains an essential oil (geraniol, citronellol, linalool, terpineol). It also contains tannins with regenerating, astringent and hemostatic action and flavonoids (rutin, quercetin derivatives and kaempferol) with antioxidant and immune system stimulating action. Its bitter constituents (geraniin) have digestive properties. This herb also includes phenolic acids with anti-inflammatory action.

Method of preparation: 1 tablespoon of the plant for each liter of freshly boiled water. It should be allowed to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.
Recommended Daily Serving: It is recommended to take 3 to 4 cups per day.
Warnings: Not to be consumed by pregnant women and infants. Excessive use can cause gastric and intestinal discomfort.
