FAST and HEALTHY MEAL- How to cook: remove the cardboard packaging and slightly lift the flap. Put the container in the microwave avoiding that it touches the walls of the same VERY IMPORTANT, so that the rice is at its point, heat at least 2 minutes at 800W. Remove the plate from the microwave and open CAREFULLY using the easy-open flap. Mix and serve.* To cook in a Casserole or Pan. You have to heat the contents of the container for approximately 5 minutes.
